Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains where we deliver, what delivery costs and how long it takes. It applies to orders placed on terratight.com and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. TerraTight orders are fulfilled by Synergy & Prosperity Building Material Trading LLC from our warehouse in Jebel Ali, Dubai.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

The online checkout accepts UAE addresses only. If you need project quantities delivered elsewhere in the GCC, send us an enquiry and we will quote delivery separately. Customers in Mexico are served by TerraTight Mexico.

2. Delivery charges

Prices shown on the website, including delivery charges, include 5% UAE VAT. The delivery charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Bulk, palletised and wholesale orders are delivered on terms agreed in your quotation.

3. Delivery times

• Estimated delivery: 1 to 5 working days, depending on the emirate.
• Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• Delivery estimates start once your order is confirmed. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you with a new date or offer a full refund.

4. Receiving your order

• Please enter a complete address and a mobile number we can reach. The courier may call you to confirm the delivery time.
• If a delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect or no one is available, we will contact you to arrange another attempt.
• For cash-on-delivery orders, please have the full order amount ready for the courier.
• Resins, sealants and adhesives should be stored indoors in a cool, dry place, out of direct sun, as soon as they arrive.

5. Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Please check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, email info@terratight.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund under our Returns & Refunds Policy, and we cover the return courier cost when the error is ours.

6. Delays outside our control

Courier disruption, severe weather, public holidays or other events beyond our reasonable control can occasionally delay deliveries. If your order is affected, we will keep you informed.
