Our founders built Guangzhou GBS High-Tech & Industry Co., Ltd. in 2001, and the same R&D team that holds more than 30 proprietary patents develops every TerraTight binder, sealant and coating. What you get

A resin bound surface lets rainwater soak straight through to the ground below. That means no ponding on driveways and walkways when a sudden storm arrives.
TerraTight PU is formulated to resist yellowing under UV, so the natural colour of the stone stays vivid. Every binder cures to a glossy finish that brings out the aggregate.
Example: TerraTight Epoxy mixes 3:1, gives 120–180 minutes of working time at 25°C and cures in 24 hours, with a tensile shear strength of 5.63 MPa. Your crew knows exactly what to expect.

Both halves of the business are owned by the same founders. Guangzhou GBS High-Tech & Industry Co., Ltd. formulates and manufactures the products, and Synergy & Prosperity Building Material Trading LLC stocks, sells and supports them in the UAE. You buy directly from the source.
For larger projects in the UAE we can arrange installation with our team and partner contractors. Tell us the location and area in your enquiry and we will confirm what is possible. Many customers also apply TerraTight Ease and the Waterproof Sealant themselves; both are made for DIY use.
The online store delivers within the UAE. For project quantities elsewhere in the GCC, contact us for a quotation. Customers in Mexico are served by our sister site, TerraTight Mexico.
Our consumer products are water-based and non-toxic once cured. Keep children and pets off treated areas while they cure: 72 hours for TerraTight Ease and 48 to 72 hours for the Waterproof Sealant.
